About Carol Tracy

Having the good fortune of being born and raised on the front range of Colorado I know the communities here well!  Real Estate has always been my passion.  My father, who was a realtor and real estate investor always said, "the average man's way to wealth is through real estate".  He proved that out in his life, and it is my passion to help others build generational wealth through real estate, whether that is buying your first home or purchasing investment real estate. 

I obtained a degree in Animal Science from CSU and later a degree in Elementary Education.  My husband is a veterinarian and we opened a vet clinic in Thornton and I worked there for a few years but then followed my heart and began to sell real estate 24 years ago. I enjoy helping people buy and sell homes and I strive to make the process fun and as stress free as possible. This is one of the most important life decisions that people will make, and I want to be there to support them every step of the way, and to do that with excellence! I work with first-time home buyers, new home builders, buyers and sellers, investors and seniors relocating and downsizing!

Colorado has proven to be a great place to invest in real estate and our property appreciation is still on the positive side!  Since I love what I do I am always available...evenings, weekends, I am just a phone call away.
