I joined the real estate team with Monica and Michael in 2014. I have been a successful investor and home renovator. I have been working as Monica’s assistant, helping with all aspects of our client's buying and selling needs. As a Pricing Strategy Advisor, I help our clients with pricing properties, creating CMA’s (Current Market Analysis), working with appraisers, and guiding our clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.

I enjoy helping out our team by providing information on the correct pricing for listing a property as well as purchasing a new one.
