nlerouxrealtor@gmail.com<\/a><\/p>\nA Colorado native, I grew up in the Highlands neighborhood in northwest Denver.\u00a0 I graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Piano Pedagogy.\u00a0 In the mid 1980\u2019s I moved into the foothills near Morrison and continue to enjoy mountain living while staying close to the cultural attractions of metro Denver.<\/p>\n
I began my real estate career in 2006 after teaching private piano, preschool and elementary school music.\u00a0 My experiences living both in the mountains and in the center of Denver give me an extra edge.\u00a0 I understand mountain living issues such as wells, septic systems and surveys, living with wildlife and fire danger.\u00a0 I am a member of the InterCanyon Fire Protection District Women\u2019s Auxiliary, called the Vees.\u00a0 Currently, I serve as the president of the Vees.<\/p>\n
But I also enjoy the rich cultural life of Denver \u2013 the museums, the Denver Zoo, Botanic Gardens, the Colorado Symphony, and much, much more!<\/p>\n
