My Client-First Philosophy: There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I have been licensed for 30 years in Real Estate. First 5 years in Georgia and last 25 years in Colorado. I am a member of eXp Luxury Division and Team Leader where we sell real estate in Denver Metro, Golden, Colorado Springs, Durango, Summit County and Grand County. I have been a Top Producer the last 15 years, selling over 250 million and I am also a Certified Life Coach. I coach Real Estate Brokers on how to balance work and play.

I work with first time home buyers, experienced buyers or sellers and investors.
