About Jonathan Thomas

Prior to real estate, I worked as an emergency nurse and nurse practitioner. I also served in aeromedical evacuation with the Air National Guard, worked with international disaster relief organizations in developing countries, and helped on medical mission teams. Those experiences shaped how I work with people today. I listen closely, prepare carefully, communicate clearly, and stay steady when decisions carry real weight.

Now I help buyers and sellers throughout Golden, Denver’s west metro, and the Colorado foothills. I work with first-time buyers, growing families, people downsizing, and clients buying or selling mountain and luxury homes. Each person’s priorities are different, so I take the time to understand what matters to them and give them clear, honest guidance.

I’ve been recognized as a top producer, and much of my business comes from referrals. I take that trust seriously, bringing strong representation and thoughtful negotiation to each transaction. I stay connected with clients well after closing, host client events, and show my appreciation for those who continue to support my business.

My wife, Alyssa, and I have made our life in Golden and the foothills. Outside of work, I enjoy trail running, mountain biking, spending time in the mountains, and being involved in our church and community. I know how much a home and neighborhood can shape everyday life, and I take seriously the trust someone places in me to help with that decision.
